What's Going on in the Single Family Housing Market?
Builder sentiment is based on a monthly survey of an AHB members, and really it's meant to take the pulse of the single family housing market. In March, the score rose two points from February from 42 to 44. And I think that the last thing that we see that we're touching on is really that current sales conditions in March, rising two points to 49 is the strongest traffic reading since September of last year.
