Rule 60 b is about relief from a judgment of order where there has been some sort of mistake, inadvertent surprise, excusable neglect. The bodies at issue in these cases do not qualify as governmental or inter governmental adjudicative body under 28 us c 17 82. We will hear again and again from the actual litigation bar that these arbitration cases are the most interesting because they will actually have the most effect on civil litigation companies and even people.
