The real issue here is not actors and writers versus studios, it's income inequality within these sectors. The top earners in front of the camera make almost exactly the same amount as the top earners behind the camera. I believe that there should be a right to organize or right to free assembly. It's a very emotional argument that quite frankly doesn't advance the argument. We're not going to keep doing incremental changes on a contract that no longer honors what is happening right now with this business model"
