The Importance of Clarity on the Gospel
When you understand the details of how a first century jew would have understood the gospel, there's real wonderous theological clarity. I really think in many ways, there is an aversion to details in the west in general. And when the details become important and significant for the sake of helping disciples stay on the path to eternal life, it really goes a long way. Without those details, without understanding this framework, commitment ultimately becomes lacking.
