The Effects of Exercise on Cognitive Function

There is a lot of literature that shows that exercise is good for the brain, but how definitive is it and what's added to this study? Well, we didn't really find a lot did both. We were able to capture the brainwaves in a couple of minutes, you know, as opposed to a very artificial lab based study. That definitely makes makes us unique. I also think it's unique that the timeframe that we were looking at. Can you just go for a 10 to 15 minute walk and get some benefits? And how do you design the study to investigate this combined effect?
