He says he takes notes in his phone so that he can reference them on the go, but also stays focused when faced with challenges. Mike: Discipline comes in when you find the path, the method, the tactics to do more. The closer i get to being in the gym, the higher the probability of me working out. It's hard to be a warrier in your mind if you don't feel like you're a warrior in your body.
