The Future of Usability Testing

I would argue not enough in many cases what we should be saying. We need to see a lot more informal usability testing going on much more small-scale rapid user testing. Many organizations are starting to enamour that now which is nice it's good that you picked up on my use of formal there as opposed to the very many other flavors of testing that we do and ad hoc and gorilla sketches at star books.
