Doing It for the Good of the Company

Emelis: We're very careful about measuring things like performance. And when i mean that, not performance in terms of how much some one does at work,. But how fast base camp is, how fast our servers are, that sort of thing. Also measuring, you know, how quickly we get back to customers on customers service. I celle from wisconsin emelis and says, i like the idea of not always measuring something, but doing it for the good of the company - or just because it's fun and helpful.
