Is the I a T Predicting Behavior?

The i a t has gripped the popular imagination because it just seems on its surface to be measuring something like prejudice. Critics are concerned that just because someone shows bias doesn't mean they're going to act in biased ways in real life. There's new evidence that suggests the i a t does, in fact predict behavior.
