The Limits of Design Systems for Accessibility

Not reinventing the wheel is obviously an important pillar design systems work. But equally I think design systems can cause huge issues if attention isn't paid to sort of accessibility and inclusive design at the right time. Bad patterns can sort of be propagated across you know widely across across products in an organization that's where we see big systemic issues so spending time on fundamentals early in the process is absolutely key.
