In 1930, Victor went to business with a chemist named Tom Shaw and the two began manufacturing counterfeit bills. Al Capone was so impressed by his honesty and quotes that he gave Victor $5,000 and his trust. So now they doing crime together together. They put together so much currency that the government was worried that let's stick money with disrupt the American dollar.
