I want to speak about the first thing we said, which is that once e create a situation that makes them stay stuck where they are and not progress in their career. I really like to suggest studies of coaching for ones who want to develop their careers so that they become more like leaders. And owning the positive can be hard for ones. But when you can show them a different side, often they get it, and they make a lot of use of that.
