The Importance of Documentation in Telemedicine

The vast majority of babies will not require treatment. And so it does raise the question of what is the point of that examination and what level of documentation is sufficient to answer the fundamental question, which is whether this baby needs treatment in the next week or do they need a follow-up examination of certain interval? That's really the crux of each of those encounters, whether it's telemedicine or in person.
