The Importance of Logos in Poetry

Lewis is committed to a both and savior, both fully God, fully human that. He gives example of like, you know, you might if you looked too long at the teddy bear, you may notice that its eyes just a button or right. So he's combating opposite extremes. And there were other people, the new criticism was pretty hot at this time, where they were saying that you shouldn't even think about what a poem is pointing to. You should just glory in its shaping.
