Joining me now is the amazing Sarah Snoke, who plays everyone's favorite cutthroat killer, Shiv Roy. Welcome, Sarah. I'm happy to have you on the podcast.

Hi, thanks for having

me. So are you a killer? Do you think Shiv is a killer or not? Because this episode shows a lot of different parts of her.

I think she is a killer long term. I feel like she's the most like Logan and so she in the end inevitably will end up to be a killer, maybe more than Kendall is.

Yeah, I would agree with you on that. She's the killer in training. Yeah.

This is a big episode for Shiv and we'll get into all of it. I want to start off by asking, what

was your reaction when you read the script for episode three and learned that Logan character had died?

Yeah, we'd been given our heads up that that was going to happen at the beginning of the season, but reading the episode was really affecting, was very emotional. I think we didn't know how it was going to happen and also seeing the fallout of events during episode three. The siblings never get to see it happen. It's occurring elsewhere. Even in the final moments, there's a detachment from their father. It meant by the end of the episode, there was an aspect to Sarah reading it. Like, is he even really gone? Is this true? Is this real? Which I think is great because that's going to be the feeling for Shiv and for everybody in the show.

Now, your performance on the boat is tremendous. How were you anticipating what Shiv was feeling in the moment? Because your voice is cracking when she called him daddy. It felt like a feeling Shiv doesn't let herself show, but every now and then you do with your eyes for sure. Yeah.
