The Systemically Important Banks

The systemically important banks as far as I'm concerned are protected by some kind of sovereign immunity or what it is. They can engage with criminal behavior with impunity and anybody else to get out of jail, jail free card. Among many, there could be probably 10 or 15 links under that category. And if you, if there is a bank with a clear record of criminal behavior, why would you benefit with them? It's like, here's a big problem.
