Is There Something for Everyone in Teddy Roosevelt?
Every generation can adopt Roosevelt or see something in Roosevelt to admire. It kind of reminds me of our one of our early conversations with Eric Thoner, where we talked about getting right with Lincoln and how scholars feel like they need to get right with Lincoln. And Teddy Roosevelt is kind of that's a similar figure in that. I'll be really interested to see how if that conversation comes back up when we talk about presidents like FDR.
