It's a deliberate tactic and so because there's no one to say yes this is part of cue on no this isn't, it means people sort of create a thing that pulls them into at least feeling associated with the community. When you're talking to people who agree with you and share your views, you start expressing them more strongly. If you are stuck just in those groups are mostly in those groups, you push towards the limits of it.
