We built custom of flying research resoarch that people could use to help guide them through it. We're also launching a simplified flow where bookers can enter information and we drop some one right where they need to be. So you don't have to do the searching. You just still are empowered to search through listings, ecause we looked at actually just showing them aidlessly. People actually did like having the choice,. an that feeling of empowerment in the moment, of being able to control where ther can go. Ti, by doing this, we were able to have a 50 % reduction cos e customers to port. And this is a pretty grouff estimate of a customer, right?
