We want to mitigate cognitive decline well in advance before it starts to happen. Chanting works of literature is really good for unlocking Shakespeare. So if we can understand them, we can understand something of ourselves. I've spent the last couple of days repeating and chanting lines from Anthony and Cleopatra over and over again. And even though these are lines that I've had stored deep inside me for many years, I found new resonant applicability to my current station in life.
