I've Been in This Situation and I'm Not Really Sure if It's Working or Not.

I often feel this more actually interestingly now I'm reflecting on it not necessarily in a one to one relationship but like more in a team sitting so maybe it's like oh I'm not really clicking with the wider team or like all our conversations are about work. Usually I've just confided in a trusted colleague about it and been like hey I'm feeling this  and they might be like oh yeah me too then we might kind of together like both try to like get to know everyone you know kind of both try some sort of initiative.
