Dorothy taught it to us is it's somewhat of a boundary, like, because your crying doesn't mean I'm supposed to cry. Or just because I'm having a bad day, doesn't mean you have to have a bad day. The tears could be a punctuation mark that said, lean in, she has something that's really impacting her. So many things are possible within to organization society and so forth. One of the groups that I work with is actually a local housing for socioeconomically disadvantaged seniors. They've become resilient to the point that they don't have choice.

Listen in on my conversation with Laura Olinger, a scientist, fitness and wellness teacher, and a certified Gems of Excellence teacher. We discussed neuroscience and energy fields, resiliency, and being one's authentic self within an organization.
Laura lives where science and mysticism meet and combines her loves of moving, music, science, and humor into all Vintage Moves programs, which are built on the belief that we can be “always getting better.”
You can learn more about Laura and the Gems of Excellence program on her website: VintageMoves.co or her LinkTree.
