Authentic Emotion

The title of the episode is Authentic Emotion. I'm going to put Mary back on the spot because one of the best episodes we've ever done was the first episode that Mary is on. And we talked a little bit about this. What sort of things can you relate that to in fiction that can help our listeners? Sure. The idea with breath and rhythm is that the easiest way to describe this is if you notice someone breathing, the rate at which they are breathing tells you a lot about their emotional state.
