Jargon m incomprehensible language is still huge within financial services. Is it a desire to look professional, or a desire to sort of puff ourselves up? Another problem has to do with processes in place for what to do when you hit impasseve. Are you delivering advice as though there's nothing else going on in the client's life and they don't have competing demands on time, energy and money? And we real have to make sure that we are speaking in a way that people can get something from us.
