This Sunday, Tom made 48 Yorkshire puddings. We sold 47. I was getting a little bit nervous at three 45 when we had a couple of tables to order for sure. So the pub's still doing very, very well in terms of Sunday lunches. They're great. Roast beef is one of the big sellers massively. And our Normandy sort of beef rib for two, but we also do a sirloin as a more traditional roast,. Um, and they're both really popular. Yeah. You say no technique, but those are the simple thing.
