A lot of people go looking for self storage, and they ciund o put it in this class, sort of like value added real estate. So they're very tempted to go, oh, that's a passive investment, right? I can buy a self storage,. i'l put in all the software, as you described earlier, and then i'll just sit back and collect the mail box money. But it sounds like that's the trap of self storage, and that this is not af the real state.
