Is There an Unlimited License Package?

A previous employee was working on a deal with them. They were having license iss s and needed to have more licenses so that their users didn't have the softward time out. The internal customer service folks recommended that they connect with me about buying an unlimited license package. It became clear to me at that point that all my opportunities, every single deal, need to have a statement of work.
