Do You Use a Lower Dose of Local Aesthetic?
The biggest pushback I get is that in academic medical centers where you have trainees this is airing section times can be an hour and a half or more. So maybe for academic medical centers a one-size-fits-all dose is is better but for the prior practice setting I think you're gonna use less fun a lot friend of less hypotension if you lower the dose based on height and weight okay.
