Ali Wagner is the co-founder of BFC, a women's soccer team based in San Francisco. He says he got the idea after seeing Angel City FC launch in Los Angeles. The NWSL has seen an increase in attendance and TV viewership this season. But it hasn't matched that with economic reality or investment dollars flowing into the space.
