Is the Fed Defeating Inflation Dragon?
I think inflation is that the Fed succeeds in stopping the acceleration that's already happened. Once the economy begins to weaken, it will have to put its focus a little more on the other mandate,. For now, there's no issue because employment is super red hot. But as we go through the year ahead, I think those dual mandate objectives will come into some conflict with each other.
