We've seen many times that the U.S. and China have come to the brink of a conflict only to withdraw, especially because of the kind of economic linkages the two countries have. So what is your sense that are we going to see a full-fledged cold war in a sense or whatever you call it, cold war 2.0 between China and the United States? I think that certainly, I would say we're in a new space and we aren't in that old area as you mentioned," he says.
