I want to dive into... Obviously, the book has so many different individual and individualized strategies that somebody that's dealing with depression can use. And for that matter, even people who are lower on the threshold of having depression probably started to exhibit them this past year. So it's really a matter of going through and picking and choosing. I still use everything in that book in the same way that I always have because my brain isn't changing. But these are medical issues that we're talking about here. This is not trauma, and I'm not talking about physical trauma, I'm talking about mental trauma"
