How Cross-Development Shaped My Career
In your career, you've done 12 different jobs. How is that shaped you? And then also, is there a way for folks to like strategically almost cross develop to get like a better overall, maybe better business sense? Well, for me, there were a few things I saw. In my opinion, sometimes folks get a bit impatient that they're not promoted in the next year or two years. If you want to continue to grow, might be a good time to laterally move in broaden your experience. We're expecting that immediate promotion because the career is a long time in terms of growing.
