Do You Want to Be a Taster Menu Restaurant?
I think there's some kind of correlation when you're able to eat that kind of food with the restaurant. I'm excited to see that. It's not a surprise that, i think my bet texas and florida become like these in hot beds in ways that they haven't been. And it's time for us to sort of encourage the next generation,. or even the next generation of cooks or chefs or diners, to be more open to doing something that they probably wouldn't do. That's what want to eat. Doesn't have to be the best restaurant in the world. You're not trying to get number one ranking. That's also a problem.
