Do You Consider Yourself an Entrepreneur?
You apply some of those same strategies for acquiring real estate to acquiring business. In other words, very little to know or no money down, getting the seller to take a note looking for those good rates as far as the return on the investment. And you made a comment here as he was explaining that do you not consider yourself an entrepreneur? No, I'm not an entrepreneur, my hats off to all the entrepreneurs out there. They're a lot smarter than I am. You know, I definitely in harder workers. The idea actually after I bought the retail business, I was like, oh, this has such great returns, I'm going to go start another one.
