i think that the standard view among working theoretical physicists these days is that hilography, the idea that what's happening in a black holl can be represented by information spread across the boundary of the black hol across the ventre. There have been several times when people have claimed to have solutions to the information paradox. But as she said, as i said, we're not done yet. It's an important step along the way. It's insight. Ah, and it's not the final answer. That would be my opinion.
