What's the Difference Between Scaling and Up Scaling?

Before with bo camps, you were kind of taking students from zero to one. Now you're actually taking engineers from like two to n right? Where you're specifically working with senior engineers, and you're help, helping up skilling them. What's fundamentally different about a these two different models? Not a lot is that different. If you apply the same principles, like backwards design, you're trying to achieve an outcome.
