i'm not confident that there is a good way to do it well, while using the best arguments in evidence. You probably have to also get arasmetic spokes people. One book that really influenced me in college was by a philosopher named a j yr. It's called language truth and logic. I think i'm more likely now to do things like, if i believe something like, let's say i believe am a so and so is unfair or biased. Or  whatever belief i have, i'm more Likely to ask myself to make myself cash out that belief in terms of concrete prediction.
