Brett: Certain drugs, it is uncontroversial that they affect cognitive capacity in important ways for example alcohol alcohol absolutely. There's not actually a whole lot of great research into how drugs impact us and we're just talking about regular aging cognitive decline. We all experience this because that's what dreams are when you're in a dream, you're basically an insane person.
