The main thing underneath it all we're trying to defend against is the realization that that's not who we are. And also a new thought is if we take the course at its word and we say, okay, I know I'm trying to defend my sense of specialness. What if we just said, I am not this self and I don't have to protect my specialness? We can just drop the defensiveness because we know who we really are. Yeah. That's where the course is leading us.
