I'm Enough, You're Enough

Ryan: Ego definitely has its purpose. I think what's ironic for me, Ryan, is that egos also serve a super valuable purpose. Your career is owing to your desire to be really good at any job you've ever been given the opportunity to do. And so learning to moderate the throttle on that thing and recognize when your ego is bumping into the ego of somebody else,. That is what makes for great teamwork and great leadership for sure. But everyone talks about enjoying the journey. It's not about the destination.
