The US Government Isn't Dealing on Both Ends of the Price Spectrum

The US government is selling high and then putting forward contracts out at lower prices now. Do you share Liam's concern that if the US government is not dealing on both ends of the price spectrum, that they sort of sour the future of the SPR politically? Buybacks have been an issue for the whole existence of the SPR. We don't have those, but their rules no longer apply. Good for us. Good for everyone.
