Companies across the world spend millions of dollars teaching their sales professionals allof the the skills techniques. Would you say that you down play selling skills and techniques, or what is your thought around that? Ah, that's a great question. I don't think i down play it. If someone is a sales professional, they are just that. They are a professional. And a professional is alwayss again, to to borrow from the great doctor stephen covey, sharpening their saw. So understanding sales, the process, everything about very, very important. What i would say though is that it's typically not the determining factor when it comes to ultimate success.
