Is the Production Designer Responsible for the Boats in Blade Runner 20?

The first thing you see in the movie is these like, little boats that a hank s out to try and get help. And then they kind of are throughout the movies som like, is there some like, artists that responsible for these? Like, im i going to find the guy who mate or girl who made them, and they're like, inm in a gallery somewhere. I looked it up, and apparently they just had some members of the crew that were just respons this was their job,. That's' entirely what the production desiners job is. But, like, they're so elaborate.
