The Concept of Holding Others Accountable

Jeff Yang: The notion of holding people accountable is based on the incorrect view of accountability as consequences. He says when someone doesn't do what they're supposed to do, I create a negative consequence. Yang: That's all we've ever been taught and learned and really experienced.
