How to Negotiate a Deal?
The option on the table is not always just what you're talking with this party. There's always a third option outside of that room, which is for you away. Figure out what that alternate option is before you walk into the room. You don't always have to come to an agreement. And that's a really big piece. I would say from the time i realize how to negotiate a that i meant to negotiate, it probably took me three years until i confidently say i can tackle any problem without feeling like i'm helpless. These are some common mistakes, and i will personally say that i've made everything or one of these mistakes myself.
