Siber attacks could represent as grave a threat to our security as nuclear weapons. Most americans think of siber taxas my credit cart got stolen, and it's not that serious. But the reality is that there are major siber actors that have been waging siber warfare against this country for years. I put china at the top of that list. China has stolen billions and billions of dollars of a trade secrets and intellectual property as a matter of state policy.
