Do You Have a Daily Mindfulness Practice?

i like the distinction there between focused attention and then you can also train open awareness. So just, you know, even that idea that there are different ways of paying attention. And we can start to notice these different strategies which are useful in different scenarios. i do try to have a dedicated period of time every day, and i yoke it to something i do every day. It's usually had the cupon morning cup of coffee. If kids are out the door, i have some quiet time before men to start all my meetings for the day. And that's my time to make sore practice wonderful.
