The Importance of Relationships in Life

As part of the happiness project, I really started the habit of really acknowledging when someone's coming or going. And then I returned to in my most recent book life in five senses, which is just to like hug more, touch more, connect more physically. One of the things they did in the happiness project was to give a warm hello and goodbye. It made me realize it's not just saying I'm happy to see you. It's like trying to have that, you know, appropriate, but physical connection.
