The Alabama Republican Party's Struggle to End the Voting Rights Act

Chris England is a Democratic member of the Alabama House of Representatives. He says he thinks it's an attempt to protect status quo and use this legal map for two more years. The other part of it is I think it's an extension of the work that was done to eliminate section five of the voting rights act in the Shelby County case, according to England.
